Transformation💕
I started my journey beginning of May 2019. I felt huge and my self esteem went way down. To the point I would stare at my self in the mirror and cry. My weight got worse after having my son. After having him in 2017 I weighed 235. Lost all of the baby weight plus more. But with eating out all the time my weight escalated to 257😔 almost 30 pounds from 300. No clothes of mine would fit. It was depressing so. I’ve been working as hard as I can to reach my goal of 175! Today after three months I weigh 219! Don’t hear it much from people but I’m proud of myself so far!💕

UPDATE: thank you everyone! Y’all made me feel so good about myself!! Everyone has asked what I’ve been doing. Honestly I drink water everyday and only water. I ordered p90 offline(beachbody.com) was only I think 80 bucks. I workout everyday for 30 mins(that’s how long the video is) and I eat a lot less then what I use too! Stay away from grease foods. Fast foods. Eat a lot of salads. Grilled chicken. And since I’ve posted this I’ve weighed myself since and I’m 216!🤗 so thank you everyone!
