I started bleeding like a period yesterday. I am 6 weeks along today. My OBGYN couldn’t get me in yesterday so I went to an Express Care. They did blood work and a transvaginal ultrasound. My HCG levels were where they were supposed to be and the ultrasound showed a 5w6d fetus with a HB of 117. He said I likely ruptured a blood vessel, which would be the cause of my bleeding. I was told to not overdo it for a couple of days. I’m supposed to go back to work Monday. I have an appointment with my OBGYN on Tuesday. This morning when I woke up this happened..... I’m cramping the same as yesterday.
