Implementation bleeding?

Hello glow community! I need some opinions please. Last night I wiped and saw that I had a medium amount of pinkish blood like discharge covering the tp with what looked like one or two very small stringy blood clots. I went up a couple of hours later and had a dark red medium sized blood spot in my underwear, not enough to soak through but concentrated enough in one spot to be dark red, but when I wiped it was just pink the same as before. So I through on a panty liner over night and when I got up this am all I saw on the liner was a very very small amount of brown discharge and I wiped and again it was pink. Just checked again and the liner has a small amount of brown and when I wiped the tp had a darker pink. The picture of the tp and panty liner are the most recent, I don’t have any from last night except the underwear. Last night I was 8 dpo and 6 days early for af. I have endometriosis and when I get my period it’s usually very heavy and extremely painful so this is weird. Also I need to schedule a sonohystogram and I was told to call the day my period starts so it can be scheduled cycle day 6 to 12 so I’m a little nervous now. Thank you!
