We are young. Both 24. We have a 3 year old. Have been together for 7 years. He is my first boyfriend. He doesnt want to get married but I do. He is rude, aggressive sometimes but never physically just throwing things and cussing when he is angry. We rarely have sex anymore. He rarely kisses me and pushes me away if I try to initiate anything. I feel like he doesnt care about me anymore but if I ask he says he still loves me. Idk. I just feel lonely in this relationship and I feel like I would be happier alone or with someone else. Idk what to do.
