What to buy as a gift

My best friend has planned my baby shower for next 
Month, she has done everything and the majority of it is a surprise. I’m so grateful she wanted to do this for me. I want to buy her a gift to give to her on the day to thank her but I can not for the life of me think of something special. Anyone got any suggestions?!

I got a handmade necklace off of Etsy after throwing my sister in law a shower. I thought it was really sweet.

I had a few hostesses and I got them different gifts based on their interests and how much they did. I got one a bottle of wine, a pair of silicone wine glasses, and a book for her baby about the city we live in. I got some others mugs from Anthropologie with their initial on it and a Starbucks gift card. Another had just found out she was expecting right before the shower so I got her some things from her registry, a fun pregnancy activity book, and some face masks.

I got my shower hostesses pretty orchids in nice pots and a sweet card. They both liked them!
