So I have had Nexplanon in my arm for about one year and my period has been lighter about 2-3 days long and I have been sexually active with my boyfriend and in this past month I have been 19 days late should I be worried because I’ve had two separate days of very light spotting and nothing else

No, u shouldn’t be worried. Progestin only methods like Nexplanon are most known for causing irregular bleeding patterns. That can include longer time frames with or without bleeding, random bleeding, or frequent bleeding, at any given time. So, there’s no real sense of “late” while on it & it’s completely normal to not get periods. Nexplanon is also 99.9% effective. So, chances of pregnancy are extremely slim!!! But, if u are still worried, then just take a test to be sure/ease ur mind.
