Spotting the week leading to af
Anyone else get like a "mini period" before the actual one kicks in? Each cycle I spot brown for about a week before af. My doctor hasn't seemed concerned but I am now 4 months ttc with no luck. Im worried this is being caused by low progesterone? Any ideas or has this happened to you? Is trying the "Proov Strips" a good idea?
