Help! Line eyes?!! And PCOS advice

I have major line eyes but do you all see something?? Also I’ve been struggling to find the best supplements for my PCOS. I struggle mostly with an elevated testosterone and struggle with loosing weight, any insight? Been ttc for 8 months currently.
