How did you begin to let you child cry it out? (If you did not, that is fine and I 100% respect your decision but that is not what I am asking). I always said I’d just let him cry it out but now at 13 months I have still never let him do that, but I’m getting desperate. I don’t want to just harshly start letting him scream for 10 minutes at a time but I’m unsure how to begin this process? He’s definitely in his “terrible twos” stage right now, tantrums, hitting, back arching, screaming for no reason other than not getting what he wants, etc etc & my gentle approach just simply is not working as he knows he can get away with things with mommy. He rarely will even nap twice a day now, I have to put him in his old jumper so he can wear himself out and fall asleep. I am 16 weeks pregnant with our second and we really have to get my oldest back on a good schedule otherwise I’m going to lose my freaking mind. I feel like such a bad mom for even posting this but idk what else to do.
