Ultrasound shows bleeding however I am not bleeding?

I had an internal scan at 6 weeks and it says on my letter “an area of bleed is seen measuring 12x5x10mm “

But I haven’t had any blood come out?

Also is that a lot of blood? From the number they gave, and will I definitely have a bleed ?

I do have Pcos
