Ultrasound shows bleeding however I am not bleeding?

Question

I had an internal scan at 6 weeks and it says on my letter “an area of bleed is seen measuring 12x5x10mm “ 
But I haven’t had any blood come out?
Also is that a lot of blood? From the number they gave, and will I definitely have a bleed ?
I do have Pcos

That is very small and it is very common to have them that early on.  I wouldn't expect you to have any vaginal bleeding given the small size. It will likely resolve on its own in the next few weeks and shouldn't cause you any problems.

Ultrasound showed bleed at my 7 week internal scan. Have not had any vaginal bleeding or spotting. I didn’t really ask questions since she said it’s no cause for concern since I’m not having vaginal bleeding

If maybe you have the same thing I have, I was spotting and bleeding, have two subchorionic hematomas but would only spot after intercourse/orgasm

I'm not sure if that's a lot of blood but that means that you have bleeding in there somewhere. You may bleed or body may reabsorb it theres no way to know. Your doctor really should have gone over it with you. I'd call and ask.
