Hi everyone, the past couple of days I've had on an off a splitting headache, broken out in spots, gassy bloating, so tired Ive had to take naps and in general felt rubbish and today I had really sore nipples which I've never ever had before. I came off my birth control about 23 days ago, had a withdrawal bleed straight after and until now I'm not sure if I've ovulated or not... But I have been having regular unprotected sex. Yesterday I literally had one small spot of blood (literally tiny) in my underwear and since had nothing. Could this be a sign of pregnancy or is it too early? When should I test? It was the nexplanon I had removed!
