Took antibiotics for a week 2 weeks ago and now late 3 days give or take. I'm never late so wondering if it's because of the meds

Yes I was on antibiotics and was 10 days late. I went to the doc did a blood test negative for pregnancy my doc told me it very well could b the antibiotics
