Does this look normal?

I’m just wondering if the back of babies head looks like something growing on the back? Also spine looks weird.. am I just being paranoid or is it possibly the picture?

If something didnt look right the dr would of mentioned it

To me it looks like baby was in process of moving that arm upwards. Like the spot you see is the arm and baby was in process of putting it up over the head or something when picture was taken
