Did anyone write a birth plan? Did you use it if you did?

I know things can change for medical reasons .

I just want a handful of things:

1. My husband to hold my leg while I push

2. To hold my baby for an hour after birth skin to skin

3. She can be taken away then to be weighed, ect.

4. Let my husband hold her for 30 mins skin to skin

5. That all test (if possible) be done in the room with us.

Do I need to actually type this stuff up? Or can I just communicate it ?
