Blisters in arches of feet 😣

So I thought to try and get more healthy I'd take up running, or jogging to get some more exercise, nothing excessive as I haven't done any for a few years now.

Only thing is I'm now already reminded of why I gave up last time - I get blisters in the arches of my feet so easily, and they make it impossible to continue running 😣

I have good running trainers and running socks so it's not that. Any tips on how I can prevent this????? Don't want this to be the reason I have to stop already now I've finally built up motivation again!! 🤣
