Should I test

I’ve been on sprintec (28) for about 5/6 months and I miss counted the start date and started two days late. I filled out a little chart to explain better. On the third I started the first pill in the morning and took the second at night and did that again the next day till I was caught up. I had sex on the 10th. Kind of worried only because I’ve been cramping quite a bit (like a week) and only my nipples starting hurting when I touch them. This could be because they are bruised from work (I move boxes in a warehouse so I’m always carrying boxes across my chest) also I’ve been a bit backed up and when I can go, it’s quite a bit (TMI sorry lol) but again that could be unrelated and I could be stressing out about nothing (: LMK what you guys think and if there is a chance of pregnancy if i should just wait to see if I get my period or not.
