I’m in the process of closing on a home (I’m the seller).

The contract was signed today, along with a lead paint hazard addendum, the lead based paint pamphlet, and the sellers disclosure forms.

Next will be an appraisal from my buyers lender (she has a usda loan). I’m extremely nervous that the home will not be appraised for the contract price. The contract price is $80,000, which includes the 6% sellers assist.

I’m just curious, how often does a property not appraise for the contract price? This property is worth $80,000 imo; if you see my other post there are pictures. I’m just worried about the appraisers opinion. 😂😂😂
