I just got this today, i don't know what to think/expect ive had 2 chemical teying to stay positive but so nervous i have slight pains in my stomach not cramps but like annoying pain is this normal??? Helpppp

I had a chemical back in October and we finally got our first positive in March (and are expecting twin girls in October/November). It took me a long time to accept that I was actually pregnant because I didn’t want to be let down again, but I wasted so much of my pregnancy worrying! Try and stay positive...I know it can be hard! Baby dust to you!
