Like what kind of sick? Morning sickness or something else? I had stomach flu with my 2nd and had to go to the hospital for fluids and to check on baby because I puked for 2 days straight.

Claritin and Flonase are both in my doctors safe list of OTC meds for allergies. 
Benadryl is as well, and can help you sleep. I try not to take it more than two-three days in a row to avoid dependence. But that’s just for me—falling asleep on my own after taking Benadryl for a week due to a cold can be tough—it doesn’t affect the baby.
