Salicylic acid 2% safe?
Hey everyone, new mom here! I’m almost 7 weeks, and just read an article about use of otc acne cleansers/gels and just freaked out that salicylic acid is not recommended during pregnancy?? I have always used the same cleanser for my face which is a neutrogena cleanser and contains salicylic acid 2%. Should I discontinue use?? Anyone have other cleanser recommendations? Thanks!
