Doctor put me on 5mg of Femara and Clomid 100mg. Anyone have success while taking both?

Background:

I have high AMH count otherwise blood work & test have all been good. I am not ovulating on my own.

I didn’t respond to 50mg of clomid and ended up going to a fertility specialist. She put me on 5mg of femara days 3-7. I went in for mid day cycle last Thursday and showed that I had multiple “small” follicles on both sides but no mature follicles. RE said blood work and scan show that I am at baseline so she started me on 100mg it Clomid and 5mg of femara. I go in on Friday for another “mid cycle” ultrasound and blood work. Really hoping for BFP this round!!❤️
