period anxiety??

does anyone else’s periods make their anxiety skyrocket?? every month, a couple days before i get it, i’m constantly nervous. like right now i have butterflies in my stomach for no reason and my chest is all tight, it sucks ☹️☹️

Just a few days ago I was mentioning the feeling of butterflies in my stomach and I just blamed it on something stupid and random but you might be right, it could be because I was about to start 😐

I am going through it right now, it sucks. 
I also had a cyst burst causing my period to be late by 4 days and now just super anxious and the chest is tight feeling, random stomach aches. Ughhh hate periods. We are not alone!

my anxiety peaks either before or after my cycle. this time it was before, last time it was after and that was a fun month🙄🙄 i’m here if you need to talk, i get anxious about my boyfriend loosing feelings but i know i’m fine it’s hard to talk your self down but once you do u feel so much better, i mean i even talked to a family friend and it help hearing advice!!
