How long have you been trying?

And how often do you take pregnancy tests during your tww, or do you at all? Just curious, because the longer it's taking me to get pregnant, the less often I want to test. The first 2 months I was testing at 9 dpo and testing every day. I'm on my 4th month ttc and don't even want to test. I don't want to see a negative so I'm waiting to see if I miss my period first.

I usually wait till l am a few days late. However, I felt confident this month and took a test before my cycle is due and it was negative. We have been trying for 6 months now. It’s a heart wrenching process. I’d recommend what Kristin said and only test if you’re late. It saves money and your sanity.

We’ve been ttc for nearly 2 years and I only test if I’m late by at least a couple of days... I think I’ve used 3 pregnancy tests total so far.

We've been trying for 9 years. I've tested a few times when I felt different and sick in the mornings. My cycles are irregular (3-4x a year if I'm lucky) so I don't know when I'm ovulating and would be absolutely clueless about the ovulation kits. I believe using them could potentially depress me if I used for months straight to no avail.

I’ve been trying for a year and seven months... by now I only test if I’m significantly late (5 or more days). The tww is still just as hard if not harder the longer this ttc goes!
