Help!!

Help!!! I’m so concerned. I have had noooooo clue that I was or even could be pregnant and have drank a handful of times in the last month. I’ve only taken this test. Is this an indefinite sign? What are my next steps? I know I seem like a crazy person but this is such a shock to me!
