Anybody else passed out?

Last night when I got up to pee I felt a little lightheaded then next thing I knew I was on the floor. 
Thankfully my husband saw me fall and I didn’t hit my head or stomach, thank God! My doctors didn’t seem too concerned and recommended drinking more water. I’m 13w1d. 
It really shook me up and aside from feeling sore from falling, everything feels good. 
Just curious if any other moms have had this happen?

Make sure your iron levels are good.

Ensure you are not getting up right away after waking up (if you did). If you get up too fast to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you can risk passing out because you didn't give your blood a minute to flow, thus: light headedness and passing out.

This happened around 10 weeks. I all of a sudden got super hot and didn’t feel good. I didn’t actually faint but prob would have. Definitely drink water. My doctor said at this stage our blood pressure can drop

Do you have low blood pressure? Happens to me and I do and was told this could be a side effect.

I suffer from migraines and unfortunately have passed out many times because of them it’s scary when you’re pregnant

I passed out at 11 weeks but i was at the WIC office and it hit me all at once. She asked me if i needed a chair and bam i hit the floor. Im thinking it was low blood pressure possibly but im gonna talk to my ob on the 31st and see what she says.

This about happened to me two nights ago! I had to pee so bad in the middle of the night I about jogged to the bathroom down the hallway. I sat down and got so dizzy I felt like I was spinning. I’m 12+2!

I often get light headed if I get up too quickly. I didn’t mention this at my doctor’s appt on Friday, but the nurse said to make sure I was drinking plenty of water but also to make sure that I wasn’t getting up too quickly because it’s pretty common in pregnancy to pass out from either of these things. Also, make sure you’re eating enough, and staying cool. The heat has definitely been making me feel light headed (not sure if that’s been an issue where you live).
