26 weeks! When should I pack the diaper bag

Hi mommies, I’m almost 26 weeks and I know I have time but when should I start packing the baby’s diaper bag for the hospital? And what all should I put in it? Also what should I pack in my own bag? First time mommy here thanks for advice in advance ❤️
