TTC when sex is minimal?

Question

Had a MMC at 10w with my first and only pregnancy in May 2019. We are trying again, but hubby has performance anxiety. We basically only BD once during my fertile window. I don't know what I'm asking... I guess I want to know if there are any couples who have a similar problem, and/or advice wrt timing to increase our chances?

My husband also has performance anxiety sometimes. We usually have sex 2-3 times in my fertile week, but he only finishes about half the time. Your most fertile day to have sex is the day before ovulation. I have gotten pregnant three times, and all three we only had sex once. Unfortunately they all ended in miscarriage, but it seems pretty easy for me to get pregnant even with doing it just once. So it is definitely possible. 
I would suggest not telling him when you are ovulating, and just make sure to BD that day. Not telling my husband anything and keeping him out of the loop was his idea, because I think subconsciously he was nervous and got anxiety. He hated “planning” sex, and often he would not finish if he knew I was very fertile. My husband has bad anxiety in general, so this process has been hard on him, but we make it work! Just try to relax and make it fun!

Are you tracking ovulation with OPKs or confirming with BBT? To at least be the right times to have sex?
