Help. Obese and pregnant.
Hey guys. This is my first pregnancy. Wanted to ask here because I don’t have anyone else to ask. I go for my OB appointment on July 25. I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant. I have nausea all throughout the day and the only things that I can keep down are McDonald’s fries and saltine crackers. I don’t want meat (it makes me so nauseated just thinking about it). Per my prior primary dr visit, I’m obese and don’t want any complications. My question is, how do you eat healthy in the first trimester and keep it down? Also I can’t keep down salads much either. I also have no energy to exercise and I wanna sleep all day. Please help.
