Devastation, but could be worse.

Brittany

Yesterday, 7/20/19, there was a bad set of storms that rolled through Central Wisconsin. My husband was working his second job that is part time. I was home alone with our dogs cleaning the spare bedroom.

Heavy rain and winds came out of nowhere. Lights started to flicker on and off. I went to look out the window of our girl's nursery. I am just over 29weeks pregnant. Next thing I know I hear a loud boom, and see part of the ceiling come down. Right as I am standing in the door way. Scared the crap out of me. I instantly start crying and tried to pull myself together, and start to pull the cribs away from that corner in case the tree comes through.

That was the only damage done to the house. My husband and family showed up as soon as they could. Every road to my house was blocked with trees down in the road.

I am so thankful that I was not hurt and my babies are safe. I could of been much worse than what it was. The damage probably won't be fixed by the time we have the girls. I thank God that it happened before the girls are born.
