I am actually doing home AI using a known donor and I inseminated Friday and Saturday morning (1 and 2 days ago) this morning I keep having these painful little twinges in the right side of my uterus. They are not ovulation pains, I get those every month and know exactly what those feel like.

I started to think, woah what if I’m getting some kind of infection in my uterus from this.. but we’re doing intravagjnal so the possibility of that is slim to none.

I’m more curious than anything about yalls stories! I just read a whole thread online about women who felt pregnant the day or 2 after BD

Anyone else experience pelvic twinges like this and go on to get a BFP?!
