Its called baby acne, rash, or eczema? Lol. Does anyone have any idea? My boy has this on both his cheeks. His forehead is also so dry its peeling. Google says baby acne usually only lasts a week or so but hes had this for a while now? I bought some Aveeno eczema cream last night but I'm afraid its going to block his pores.
