I am returning to work in 4 weeks and would like to get a stash going. When I return to work I’ll only be able to pump twice during the workday (maybe 3 times if I get there early enough). My daughter still eats every 2 hours and as much as we try to stretch that, it’s just not working. I know I have some time but I’d like to get a good freezer stash established. How do you build a stash without taking away from your baby’s feeding times? I’ve been pumping for 15 minutes or so after each feeding and only getting some drops. Maybe 1/2 an ounce combined with both breasts? At that rate I’m never going to get anywhere haha. Any tips? I’m already eating lactation cookies, hydrating, tried power pumping, etc for several days now.
