Strawberry açaí okay while pregnant???

I got a grande strawberry açaí & I’m not even sure if it’s okay to drink

Yeah you’re fine. I get the venti size a couple days a week and have with all of my pregnancies. I can’t remember how much caffeine is in the larger size but I know it’s less than 100mg.

I drink a pink drink almost daily (4-5 days a week). Which has the strawberry açaí in it. I don’t get the dried berries tho. We can have 2 cups of caffeinated coffee a day. And this tea has WAY less.

Should be fine in moderation. The dehydrated fruits do have quite a bit of caffeine in them so I just wouldn’t have one everyday.
