I’m so confused because I feel like I may have been pregnant for about a week now... I’ve had mild cramps/ pinching pulling feelings and occasional pain/tingly sensations in my boobs - all exactly the same symptoms I had with my first pregnancy (that unfortunately ended in miscarriage) but all my tests have been negative.

With my first pregnancy I got my first faint positive on 12 dpo... the thing is this time I’m not sure when ovulated... so I could just be too early? But feels like I’ve been having symptoms for a while now. It’s weird. I noticed some brown discharge 2 nights ago that I’m thinking was probably implantation bleeding? Which I didn’t get on the first pregnancy...

For people that have had implantation bleeding - how long after did you get your bfp?
