Do you buy your kid/baby designer clothes?

Not really “designer” stuff but we buy a lot of brand name active wear and skateboard brand clothes and shoes. My older boys really wanted “Supreme” shirts so we got some fake ones made for them lol 
But my god, YouTube merch is more precious to them than gold and that shit is expensive 😳😳 Especially when you’re from Canada.

Here’s the thing, my sons name is Calvin K., so I like to buy him Calvin Klein clothing that has his initials 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s super cute and not really that expensive in terms of the designers!
Also, all of his other clothes were given to us from cousins who no longer need them! So I feel less guilty when I have to spend!

I only ever buy fancy clothes if it’s from the second hand shop. If it’s new it’s a gift from my MIL.

Never clothes, most ‘brand name’ he gets is some Nike’s and pumas from Ross lol. They also have Ralph Lauren stuff (I think that’s what it’s called) so we get those for ‘fancy’/dress up for parties.

I think if you want a special coming home outfit, or outfit for a special occasion, I can understand paying a little more... but personally I don’t see the point.
My fiancé and I earn a very comfortable income, and we just don’t see the point in wasting money on expensive clothes that our children will grow out of quickly. In our opinion, it’s better to save that money for something else like a nice holiday, or something like that.

Only time they get that stuff is if its given as a gift. I buy stuff from second hand stores. Why buy expensive when they grow out of it so fast. :)
