What is this?

So a week ago from today, my cervical cerclage failed and I delivered my son at 18 weeks + 6 days vaginal. He obviously didn’t make it pass the labor part.

I went to the bathroom today and felt something hanging. It’s maybe like the size of a quarter? Didn’t know if I should go to the ER or just stay home? No cramping or anything. I feel fine. Just don’t know if this is okay? This is my first time having a baby vaginal.
