Baby girl was having some problems breathing at night in our bedroom and we could not figure out why! We read that dry air from air conditioning could be the cause and to get a humidifier but couldn’t figure out why it was so much worse in our bedroom. Well turns out our blackout thermal insulated curtains worked a little too well and were keeping the air conditioning air in and the humidity from outside out and taking them down made a HUGE difference! Not sure if this is an actual thing or if it will help anyone else but my little one is sleeping peacefully in our room for the first time in a while and I’m one happy mama!
