Which Single to Double Stroller?

Question

I am expecting my 2nd in October. My 1st will be 2 in November. I want to get a stroller that could be either a single or a double. In your opinion which should I buy? 
If you have either one of these strollers could you please tell me your pros and cons?

I have the baby select & I LOVE it! Definitely worth the money & my girls love it! I had to buy the additional piece so I can put my infant car seat on it which was about $20 by other than that I love love mine!

I have a City Mini GT that I used for my baby’s 1st year. We are expecting our 2nd when she’s 20 months, so we invested in a City Select Lux. The Lux is more expensive, but allows for the option of the bench seat, which we love (and goes up to 65 lbs), and has a more compact fold. 
Pros of City Select/City Select Lux:
- Both seats hold the same weight limit, which is nice and makes the seats interchangeable. 
- It rides pretty smooth. 
- A bassinet can fit on the top (which cannot happen for some other strollers like Uppababy Vista). It just makes more sense to me to have youngest up top. 
- It is compatible with a lot of car seats. 
Cons:
- It is not a lightweight stroller. After shopping around we found that single to doubles rarely are. We are keeping our GT as our lightweight option.

I don’t have either but I was very close to getting the city select. After further review, the seats are sooooo close together. My poor toddler had no leg room whatsoever, so I can only imagine in the next year (he’s growing like a weed) how squished the kids would have been. So I went with the contours options elite. 
But I will say the city select pushes soooooo nice!! I loved it.

I don’t have either but I literally just bought the Joovy Caboose Too Ultralight because I love the sit/stand option for my stroller-hating toddler...

I don’t have the Joovy one but I recommended it because I love their products that I do have (Room pack n play and Nook highchair) and I wanted the Qool but didn’t have the budget for it!
