I have sore nipples and it’s really itchy, also my stomachs itchy, legs are aching if I sit for too long and I’m super tired. But I don’t have any cramping

Usually cramping and spotting are the miscarriage symptoms. I had no physical symptoms and had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks. Just try to stay positive and don’t look too deep into your pregnancy symptoms.
