I’ve been pumping after each nursing session and doing a ton of other things to up my supply. Tried a Hakka and didn’t get good results. So now I’m power pumping 10 on and 10 off for an hour, twice a day. My nipples are on FIRE lately trying to get a higher supply to build my back to work (😭) stash, and hopefully push baby girl past eating every 1.5-2 hours at seven weeks old.
On a side note. I’m really excited about the hands free pumping bras I bought 😂 Less excited about the fat roll I can’t seem to get rid of haha.
