I'm almost 19 years old and honestly live a super stressful life, wouldn't be able to handle a child nor do I want one at this time but I have very strange periods because of the Nexplanon... I have almost 3 week periods typically and then over a month off. I started about 10 days early this time and it was just spotting at first which isnt normal. I didnt use tampons for the first day and a half because it was so light. Then all of a sudden I was going through tampons almost twice as fast as normal. Lots of clots and it wasn't as dark as normal. Next day (day 3) I experienced really bad sharp pain, not cramps but inside my vagina. Normally my cramps are mid level but this time I could barely get out of bed. Used a tampon but it wasn't comfortable so I took it out and free bled for the day.. next day I was wiping and felt something fall out and hit my hand before falling into the toilet. I looked down and it looked like a tiny unformed fetus of sorts I could barely make anything out but it was really scary and I am thinking about it and got the last month my boobs have been insanely sore. I didnt want to be touched at all and my back hurt and I was super hungry but felt sick when I tried to eat. I have sex without a condom very regularly and am with a long term partner. Can anyone give any insight? I'm really scared... should I do anything?
