Morning sickness went away?

Today, I am 9w4d. I've had terrible morning sickness since Labor Day - nearly constant nausea, vomiting between 2 and 10 times a day depending on the day and if I took Zofran. Two days ago, it calmed down a lot and today, I feel almost normal. As debilitating as its been (I've lost almost 30 lbs, but I have the weight to lose), it was a reassurance that everything's probably fine with the baby (my first, and I have low progesterone). I had an ultrasound a week ago yesterday, and saw the heartbeat (170) and they said everything looked good. Do you guys think things are fine/I'm worrying for nothing or that it's something wrong? My nipples are still unusually sensitive, but those are the only real symptoms I've had since it's been hard to drink enough water to pee much.
