Stomach pain after antibiotics?

I had many rounds of antibiotics for an infection I had last summer. Ever since I’ve had bad digestion / bloating / belly cramps. Now, I recently got off antibiotics for acne and am having indigestion / diarrhea like nobody’s business. (Already went to doctor and she booked colonoscopy). Has anybody ever experienced these symptoms because of antibiotics? Any tips?
