Rh- blood type and pregnancy. Please explain.

Please explain to me any of your knowledge in having a Rh- blood type and the risks of pregnancy?

I had an abortion back in January 2017, and before the procedure I was given WinRho (this was my first ever pregnancy).

Do you only ever need WinRho when you're having an abortion? Or is this something I should have in the future if I ever fall pregnant again?

In the next 6 months after my abortion I took a digital pregnancy test as my period was late. I dropped the test right after I peed on it, and when I picked it up it read "pregnant". The day after I got my period. I am not sure if I was actually pregnant and miscarried, or if the test just glitched because I dropped it.

If I did miscarriage is there any possibility that Rh sensitisation may have occured?

** Also please no rude comments about my choice to abort. I was in a very mentally and physically abusive relationship.
