What would you do?

Question

So my daughter's dad moved in with this girl in December and since then my daughter has came home with lice FOUR TIMES. 
I got a rx each time and go through the whole she bang on treating it but it's getting out of control. Each time she comes back from his house I'm literally scared. 
I've talked to her dad but it does no good but I can't keep going through this terror.

There's nothing you can do. You can't control what goes on at his house and you can't legally withold. 
Child services won't help because lice isn't an issue with cleanliness per se, just laziness and she's taken care of otherwise.
I'd suggest documenting everything and taking it back to court if possible.

Really tight hair braids help. Wont 100% guarentee she wont get them but definitely helps. Put some oil in her hair and braid it. Its makes it much harder for the lice to get in and start laying eggs.
