Cervical cap vs condoms?

Question

I have tried hormone based birth control before, but had a lot of adverse effects. My fiancé and I are trying to decide which form of birth control is best for us. While he is not opposed to condoms, I would like it to feel like its " just us", if you catch my drift ;) my question is, could the cervical cap be our answer to a no hormone form of birth control? I worry about the UTI issue :/

UTI can be avoided by peeling every time after sex, I thought?

I used Caya diaphragm ordered from a Canadian health online store. It was comfortable and easy, and I only used it the week I was fertile. Maybe look into it?

Well I have the mireana and absolutely love it. It's like it's not there. I have always been the type that question everything but I'm glad I had this done. The beginning is a little uncomfortable but after a month or so it levels out. Do some research on it. See if you like it.

I've been considering a cervical cap as well. I don't like the idea of horomone bc and I hate condoms, though I've used them for years. I've been using the today sponge for a few months but it's kind of pricey, though I do like it. I'm prone to UTIs though, so that is also my biggest concern.
