When and what were your first symptoms that led to a bfp after undergoing medicated IUI ?

My first symptom was a positive pregnancy test 12dpIUI. Everything else felt exactly like pre-menstrual symptoms, and was indistinguishable from all the times I thought maybe this was my month, only for my period to come. I was convinced that the test had to be faulty, I just didn't feel any different at all.

Similar to what another commenter said, all my symptoms were exactly the same as pre-menstrual because progesterone causes a lot of symptoms but the only distinguishing factor was I started to have dizzy spells. Unfortunately that pregnancy ended in mc but we believe that to be due to other factors that we are trying to treat now with this cycle’s protocol.
