How was your level of conflict with your partner affected when you had your first child?

I found I got annoyed at him more for stupid things but we didn't fight before having a baby so we didn't fight after.
We did and do have disagreements but we talk it out.

We definitely argue more! We used to not argue at all. I knew it was likely we would argue more and I tried to like mentally prepare him for the adjustment it would be, but it was ineffective.

We hardly fought before the baby...  maybe a handful of full on arguments. We are stressed now with things more than just the baby (new house/ moving) and get irrated faster. For the most part we are still the same.

I put fought more but his mother and grandmother also became huge problems in our lives. Our arguments were over them and trying to find a common ground. Of course we have disagreements on certain things, some with parenting while others with day to day issues. However, it's something we figure out and move on with. It's part of being a team and working as one.

In the making of baby #1. Me and my hubby get along great. Hes actually calmed me down A LOT 😂.. I am definitely the alpha as far as major decision making (thats become us both though, he makes me make those kind of decisions, so its just natural now 😂). I do worry I may get irritated with certain things with our children that hasn't bothered me before, because exactly that: its not impacting my children. 😂 I do believe we will become stronger though. He does seem to look at me for main things, and I look at him to ensure how right it is. He too keeps me very calm and happy though. We dont fight like ever. 🤞 hopefully this never changes.

We never fought, but we would have disagreements. I mellowed way out as soon as the baby was born and I think we have disagreed on 2 things in the 3 months the little one has been around.
