First IUI with endometriosis

Hi everyone,

We just did our first

on Saturday. I went in on Friday for the ultrasound and I had one follicle at 20 mm and 2-3 around 15 mm on the right ovary. Lining looked great. The doc did see a couple small endometriomas on/in both ovaries. I did a trigger on Friday and went in on Saturday for the

. My husband’s post wash count was 446 million.

Anyone with endometriomas get pregnant through

This was our first attempt so I’m assuming it isn’t going to work but really hopeful considering I responded well to the Clomid and the endometriomas she did see were very small and there were plenty of good sized follicles and obviously plenty of sperm.
