Can this hurt the baby?

I’m 32 +1 I was laying on the couch when my dog (15 lbs) unexpectedly jumped up on to my stomach then used my stomach to jump to the top of the couch. Very uncomfortable, I was wondering if baby safe in there or I should be calling a doctor

You should be ok as long as you didn’t have any extreme pain or bleeding baby is pretty well

Baby should be okay. Just monitor their movements and call DR if you have a decrease in movements... I was shoved very hard on the train at 28 weeks and fell into the wall and was basically squished there until the fat lump got pushed off me. My little girl was fine. Her movements decreased a little but by the evening she was as hyper as anything!

Baby is well protected. As long as you're not bleeding or cramping, I'd say you're good. My son (age 2) thinks flopping onto my belly is a huge game because it makes me wince and groan, but baby girl is happy as a clam in there.
However, if you're worried about it, go see the doctor. Better not to be worried about it or stressed out overthinking if a doctor visit can make you feel more at ease.
